Over 40 years my grandfather Onoufrios Mazis has been making wine by himself.

Usually between September and October many tracks come to Corfu from all over Greece with all kinds of grapes. So people buy and make there wine.

My Grandfather used to say that the make of the grape is not so important as much as hygiene. All the equipment must be very clean and washed with boiled water, that has been boiled not from a cattle but from a fire, also never make the wine in cloudy day because the wine will became vinegar.(Dont ask me Why!)

So after my Grandfather, my family continued making wine with the same way in order to keep the costumes and the tradition going.
